1. When swimming, try to prevent water into the ear by wearing earplugs. Some chain stores also sell sports special earplugs for swimmers.

2. Immediately dry the ear after bathing or swimming. To remove the water from the ear canal, tilt the head with the ear facing down position. While doing this, canine ear lobe in the opposite direction to dry the water.
